Wells Fargo and Goldman Sachs are the latest American financial institutions to withdraw from the Net-Zero Banking Alliance

US banks Citigroup and Bank of America (BofA) are leaving the Net-Zero Banking Alliance (NZBA). The institutions announced this on Tuesday. Last month, Blackrock, Vanguard and State Street were sued by 11 Republican-led states, including Texas. The states accuse the major asset managers of violating antitrust laws through their climate activism, thereby reducing coal production and driving up energy prices."
