US nuclear bomber takes part in drills with South Korea and Japan after Pyongyang missile test

The United States deployed a long-range bomber in a trilateral exercise with South Korea and Japan on Sunday in response to North Korea's recent test-firing of a new intercontinental ballistic missile intended to hit the US mainland, the South Korean military said.

The US B-1B nuclear bomber, South Korea's F-15K and KF-16 fighter jets and Japan's F-2 jets were mobilized in Sunday's exercise, the military said in Seoul.
